I visited Puerto Rico on my last trip for KLM. A wonderful Island! 300 different kinds of forest, even the only tropical one from the U.S. This is at the same time the strange thing about Puerto Rico, it goes under the flag of the U.S. so you'll find a lot of american stuff there ( Indeed, the Big Macs, Burger Kings and superstores.) Influences which rather disturb me, than that they add something. Puerto Rico has much to offer from itself. Fortunatly it's to be found. Especially the time that Spain ruled Puerto Rico has contribute to a remarkable culture, to be founded in architecture and old fortesses.
